  • Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only and do not support shipping to other countries or regions.

  • Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 110 or more (including AUD 110) qualify for free shipping.while orders below AUD 110 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.

  • Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery is expected within 5–12 business days, depending on the destination address.

  • Shipping Carriers

We will select one of the following carriers based on order requirements: Australia Post, StarTrack, PackLink, or MRW.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Rules

Orders that have not yet entered the shipping process may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement.Orders that have already been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled directly.

  • Shipped Orders

For orders that have entered the shipping process, any request must be handled after delivery in accordance with applicable after-sales policies.

  • Processing Notes

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current order status. Processing outcomes may vary accordingly. You may contact us for assistance if needed.
