We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.Shipping to locations outside Australia is not available at this time.

3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order processing is based on the following business hours: Australia/Sydney (AEST/AEDT) 9:00 – 18:00

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day;

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the next business day;

Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the preparation stage, including packing and dispatch arrangements.The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding transit time.
5. Estimated Transit Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.
